Riley Hays & Sarah Kirk Hays

Owners

Riley & Sarah Hays have always had a passion for helping others. Both received their Bachelor degrees from Oklahoma State University and have deep roots in the state of Arkansas.  While Sarah was pursuing her Doctorate degree in Chicago, Riley was a licensed insurance adjuster, which helped him gain valuable knowledge he utilizes today in his company. Riley has been in the Roofing Industry for over 18 years and always strives for excellence on his projects. Riley and Sarah reside in Little Rock with three children, a 5th grader named Hadley, a preschooler named Hollis, and a toddler boy named Hutchinson (Hutch).  They are very active in their community and enjoy outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing and bike riding.  They believe family, faith and hard work are the most important core values to running a successful business.

Mike

Office & Human Resources Manager

Mike joined the Riley Hays Roofing (RHR) team in February 2023. A primary function of his position is to assist and support the front line staff in carrying out their essential duties. Further, he provides human resources support for the entire RHR team. His prior work experience includes working as a chemist for Kraft Foods for 14 years followed by a 23-year career inhigher education as a teacher, administrator, and counselor. When away from the office, he enjoys church, running, pickleball, and the amazing outdoor opportunities afforded all who call Arkansas home. But he most enjoys time with family, especially his grandchildren.

Jared Riley

Account Manager

Jared joined the team at Riley Hays Roofing in the spring of 2015. He has had extensive experience in the roofing and construction industries since 2007. He has a passion for his work and in developing lasting relationships with his customers. He enjoys the challenges of this industry, and especially enjoys complex tasks associated with custom roof systems of all types. He was raised in the construction industry and hopes to continue the traditions of “old school” quality and craftsmanship that his father instilled in him. When he is not working, Jared enjoys nothing more than quality time with his family. He also enjoys outdoor activities and traveling to enjoy new places and experiences. 

Karen Ramirez

Office Assistant

Karen joined the Riley Hays Roofing team in the spring of 2022.  Every day she strives to learn more about the industry to give our customers the best service. 

Outside of the office, she loves creating quality memories with her loved ones, from at-home movie nights to spontaneous road trips. She also uses her creative skills to design small events.

Wayne Robinson

Field Support

Wayne started with Riley Hays Roofing in the spring of 2018. He is a proud father of 3 boys, and has been happily married for 16 years. Wayne enjoys wood working and hanging out with his family in his free time.

Jorge Garcia

Repair Specialist

Jorge joined the Riley Hays Roofing Team the summer of 2019. He loves learning new things and helping the team grow. He enjoys working with other to exercise good team building to get the job done. During his time off Jorge, enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors exploring nature and enjoying life to the fullest.

Kwesi Hunter

Field Support

Kwesi started with Riley Hays Roofing & Construction in the summer of 2021. He has extensive years of insurance claims experience.  Kwesi has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Arkansas University. Prior to joining Riley Hays Roofing & Construction, he was a drilling fluids engineer in the oilfield. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and golfing.

Rodney Carr

Field Support

Rodney joined the Riley Hays Roofing team in August of 2020. He has been in the construction industry since he was 18 years old. His hobbies are basically anything that gets him outdoors for activities such as fishing, hiking, hunting, and kayaking.

He has three daughters; a set of twins and a 7 year old.
