Job Summary:
The Part-Time Office Assistant position performs clerical, receptionist, and general office duties to support the routine daily business operations at RHR&C. Since this position is often the first contact customers have with RHR&C, effective and professional communication skills are essential.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serves as receptionist for the office
- Answers phone calls and electronic inquiries providing information to customers, suppliers, and professional collaborators.
- Schedules field support and repair appointments with customers.
- Adds timely communication to assist field support and repair personnel to customer database (AccuLYNX).
- Assists in updating and posting company social media content
- Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
- Retrieves information as requested from records, email, professional correspondence and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
- Tidies up the reception area, meeting rooms, and common spaces.
- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities:
- Detail-oriented and professional.
- Demonstrated exceptional communication skills.
- Proficient word processing and spreadsheet skills, e.g., Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of office equipment and technology
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Ability to work independently and reliably.
- Flexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with many different personalities.

Job Summary:
The primary function of the Commercial Project Manager position is to serve as facilitator ensuring the timely completion of commercial roofing projects. As such, this position is at the job site daily and coordinates closely with the Commercial Sales/Project Managers and material suppliers. Another key aspect of this position is serving as the liaison between RHR&C and subcontractor managers and crews. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, timely job completions, safety regulation compliance, and maintaining quality control from inception to completion.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects to ensure on-time completion within budget
- Review all necessary information regarding the completion of the job with the commercial customer to ensure satisfaction
- Demonstrate proper use of our products to ensure lasting performance.
- Implement and create, as needed, quality control measures to ensure that work meets industry standards and project specifications.
- Maintain productive working relationships with customers, project managers, crew members, vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Conduct daily job site inspections to monitor progress and problem-solve issues that arise
- Serve as the liaison between RHR&C and subcontractor managers and crew
- Monitor, implement, and enhance safety protocols and procedures to create safe job sites compliant with OSHA, HAZCOM, etc., and other pertinent safety and government codes.
- Document fully in CRM, i.e., AccuLynx, project progress, including narrative and photos, reflecting progress and any issues impeding successful completion of the project
- Throughout the project, exhibit exemplary responsiveness in communicating with the customer and crews
- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities:
- Comprehensive experience and understanding of the roofing industry along with knowledge of roofing products and construction methods
- Technical and managerial skills to oversee roof system installations
- Experience as a project manager or supervisory experience in roofing and/or construction
- Demonstrated knowledge with roofing/construction quality control processes
- Ability to climb ladders, create roof diagrams, and take accurate measurements
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Keen awareness of jobsite conflicts and the ability to facilitate resolutions to minimize project delays
- Ability to work independently and manage personal schedule
- Strong working knowledge of CRMs and Google Workspace
- Seasoned in the use of hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license required
