We are looking for a detail-oriented, professional Office Assistant to join our team. This role is often the first point of contact our customers have with Riley Hays, so strong communication skills are essential.

What the role involves

Serving as the office receptionist and first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and professional collaborators. Answering calls and electronic enquiries, scheduling field and repair appointments, and maintaining accurate records in AccuLYNX. Assisting with social media content, maintaining office supplies, and supporting the day-to-day operation of the office.

What we are looking for

Detail-oriented and professional, with demonstrated communication skills. Proficient in Google Workspace. Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt to different situations. One to three years of administrative experience preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

Commercial Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Project Manager to oversee our commercial roofing projects from inception through completion. This is a field-based role that requires daily job site presence and close coordination with our commercial sales team, material suppliers, and subcontractor crews.

What the role involves

Managing all aspects of commercial roofing projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Conducting daily site inspections, problem-solving issues as they arise, and maintaining productive working relationships with customers, crews, vendors, and contractors. Serving as the liaison between Riley Hays and subcontractor managers. Implementing and maintaining safety protocols compliant with OSHA and applicable codes. Documenting project progress in AccuLYNX with narrative and photos throughout.

What we are looking for

Comprehensive experience in the roofing industry with strong knowledge of roofing products and construction methods. Supervisory or project management experience in roofing or construction. Ability to climb ladders, read roof diagrams, and take accurate measurements. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong working knowledge of CRMs and Google Workspace. Valid driver's licence required. High school diploma or GED required.

Physical requirements: Must be physically fit and comfortable working at height. Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, and lift loads up to 75 to 100 pounds.
