Riley Hays, our owner, holds a background that is unusual in this industry. Before founding the company, he was a licensed insurance adjuster. That experience changed how he thinks about roofing, and it is one of the reasons our customers consistently tell us that working with Riley Hays is different from working with other contractors.

Sarah Hays manages the operational side of the business. Both Riley and Sarah are Oklahoma State University graduates with deep roots in Arkansas. They live in Little Rock with their four children and are active in the local community.
