Jared Riley was honest, informing us that our old roof might last a few years, but rather than make repairs on a 24-year old roof, we decided to go for a total replacement. Good choice, because it looks great, was on their schedule quickly, and it was accomplished in only a day and a half though the roof is large, complex and very high off the ground. We contacted other companies but found Riley Hayes' price, even using top-quality products including Malarkey shingles, was lower than we expected.

The 8-person crew was so hard-working, capable, and efficient. With all the debris from the tear-off of the old roof, I expected some damage to our plants and a lot of roofing nails and scraps left for us to pick up. Nope! The guys were so respectful of our property and were very careful to pick up everything. Jared, Wayne (the project manager) and the crew of 8 were responsive, courteous and helpful in every respect.
