The entire crew did a great job replacing a rotten chimney chase and soffit that was damaged by a squirrel! Professional and polite. Removed an unused satellite dish and repaired the left my property cleaner than when they started. Had gutter guards added to the gutters on the back of my house so no more need for climbing on the roof to clean it and I can retire my 20 ft ladder!

Showed up on time and did a great job!

An attic wind turbine flew off our house a few days before we were supposed to get rain. We have a very steep roof, so my family strongly urged me not to do it myself and 'leave it to the professionals.' Riley Hays Roofing gave us a quote and they initially thought they would have to tarp the hole and come back. They were able to secure a new turbine and install it before any storms came. While they were at it, we also asked them to provide a quote for other roof repairs we knew we needed. Overall, great experience with timely communication. The wind turbine no longer grinds and squeaks like it did before the old one flew off the roof!

Riley-Hays construction crew was flexible with timing for metal installation. End result is very nicely done! Definitely will recommend Riley-Hays and would use them again for future projects.

An amazing company! From my initial contact to complete performance, Riley Hays delivered. A tree limb fell and damaged a portion of my home's roof and ceiling. Rain was seeping in. Within an hour of my phone call, Jorge and his team was at my home for emergency services. I then received a prompt estimate of the full repairs, and once my insurance gave approval to proceed, the work was performed professionally, timely, and correctly. I felt comfortable with the crew and did not feel misled or gypped. Everyone was responsive to my requests, and I would recommend the company to others for their roofing needs.

Riley Hays Roofing & Construction has done a couple of small roof repairs for me, and then a storm came through and did enough damage that I had to replace the roofs on both my house and detached garage. Every single person I have talked to at RH has been pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. They started the job on schedule and finished it on budget. If I ever need another roof in Central Arkansas, they will be my first call.

The Riley Hays crew were on time and were very polite. They took great care to not damage my new rain gutters as they worked on replacing all of the screws in a metal roof on my sunroom which was originally installed in 2001. They used larger metal screws and oversized soft washers to ensure that the roof wouldn’t leak. They also installed a vent under the metal ridge cap. After the installation, they used a blower to clean the entire roof and any debris off the sidewalks and driveway. They worked fast and efficiently. Riley Hays replaced the architectural shingles on the roof of my house after a hail storm in 2015 and did a great job so I will definitely continue to use them for any and all future roofing needs.

Riley Hays roofing did an outstanding job replacing the wooden roof on our home with new cedar shakes making use of the existing (and expensive) copper caps & flashing. Two years ago we needed a vent hood installed. As that requires penetrating the roof we asked around and got a recommendation for a roofing contractor. Riley Hays sent a gentleman named Jorge to look at the job. Long story short - when the hail storm came through and caused damage to our roof and siding, we called Jorge. Riley Hays has scored two for two with us. Based on an interaction with Jorge and the evident quality of work on our project, our neighbor has also chosen Riley Hays to perform their repairs.

Quality work at a fair price

Jared and the team are top notch professionals. Jared was thorough in answering all of my questions and willing to help me think well through the myriad of options for our roof. Even though winter weather forced a rescheduling of the work, their staff was prompt to touch base as soon as it was apparent they would not be able to meet the agreed upon schedule. During the day of roof replacement, their crew was thorough in prepping the perimeter of the house by covering plants and even taking down our patio lights to avoid damage from falling shingles. Although I hope to sell this home before we need another roof, should we find ourselves needing another roof in their service area in the future, they’ll be the only call we make.

Rodney Carr and his team were very professional, completed their work in a timely manner and communicated well through the whole process. They even helped me figure out my insurance and what fees I’d have to cover. I would definitely recommend them.

I am very grateful to Riley Hays Roofing. I needed to have a new roof put on before the exterior of my house is painted starting November 6th. I called them on Tuesday, Oct. 3rd. Rodney Carr came out the next morning to inspect my roof. I had already researched the brand and type of shingle I wanted and knew the supplier had it in stock. Rodney Carr was so efficient. He had me a quote the next day. He and the staff worked so hard to fit me into their schedule. They replaced my roof on October 16th. Rodney Carr and his crew did an awesome job. I am so picky. I had noticed that I could see some silver flashing showing next to the original chimney. My request was basically for cosmetic purposes. His crew did not hesitate to go back up on the roof after they were finished and put shingles over that flashing.. They were very tidy and blew all the leaves off my front porch and back deck before they put back my furniture. If you ever need your roof replaced, I would definitely recommend Riley Hayes Roofing!

First Roofing company could not find the leak, walked all over the roof in crocs was more interested in his friend that lived down the street. Jorge at Riley Hayes was on spot! He identified areas of defective shingles and many missing roofing nails due to improper installment 10 years ago. He kept in frequent communication with me up to time and thru installation. Crew got the work done and cleaned up in one day. Very Happy with Riley Hayes Roofing and their staff.

I think the roof installation was extremely well done I especially liked the way everything was tarped even though they tarped everything I still picked up over 50 nails in the grass l understand that it was late on Friday when they finished but I think they should and maybe they did use a rolling magnet to get more nails all in all a nice job I would definitely recommend you if was asked to recommend a good roofing company

Preferred emails/text or an online inquiry from a website to get a quote. Riley Hays were the only ones to respond. Asked for someone to tarp my roof and they sent someone the next day. Hunter surveyed the roof and provided an estimate very quickly. Unfortunately, the numerous roof repairs did cause a backlog for the shingles to my roof, but once available, were installed quickly. Invoice and correspondence were completed electronically so it was easy to keep documentation of the roof repair. A 3.5% charge to use a credit card would have applied, but that’s standard to cover merchant fees. Overall, Riley Hays made it very simple to get my roof repaired.

No reason to use any other company. They’re professional and on-time. Riley Hays patched my roof, repaired around the chimney, and then painted some interiors because of water damage. You couldn’t ask for a better service company. Cheerful, non-intrusive, informative, and priced very well. Do not use anyone else in Little Rock.

My house got hit by the tornado on March 31. We used Riley Hays to put on our roof. They started two weeks after the original date. I understand they were busy but it was still disappointing. Nevertheless, the final product is good. Although much better than other contractors, they could improve on communication (the front office is great at it, Rodney not so much). They came back and fixed the chimney flashing too which was great.

Jorge, Project Mgr. was professional and responsive to the work I needed done. The young man who did the work keep me informed . He was very respectful. I thought the price was reasonable. So far I’m satisfied with the work and would recommend you give them a call for your roofing needs.

So I am highly recommending this company. We had gutters added to the house. We had gutters on the front of the house but when we bought it there were no other gutters and contacted Riley. Initially I was a little frustrated and the team that came out didn’t call and were not home at the time. In fact our fence gates were even locked so they probably had to even jump the fence. We communicated that we should have gotten a call and that there was one section of the house that gutters were not installed. They apologized as the crew was supposed to call first and it was a mistake. Apparently the missing section was not quoted in the first place and was missed during the estimate process. So the installers didn’t do that one section. Riley has been great though with follow up and communication! They even came back out and recognized they just missed that section. What impressed me most is that they made it right and resent out a crew to finish what was initially missed. I love a company that stands behind their offering even if there was a mistake and make it right. That is a company you want to hire, one that is above reproach and makes things right!

After a tornado hit our home, the team from Riley Hays was on the scene in what seemed like an hour after we called, getting us tarped to protect our belongings until they could repair the roof itself. With staff who have worked in the insurance industry, they’ve been able to assist me with working with adjustors and answering any questions no matter how big or small. They’re a true partner in a disaster and I can’t imagine working with anyone else through this tough period. Best call we’ve made.

Mine was a pretty small job and I was on the schedule before the 3/31 tornado hit. I really thought I would be pushed back on the schedule because of the many bigger jobs I know they needed to get to, but they did not. I would have understood if that happened, but I was pleasantly surprised they kept me on the schedule as originally planned and did not put me on the back burner for more lucrative jobs. Says a lot about the company.

We are TOTALLY satisfied with our new roof by Riley Hayes Roofing. Jared Riley was honest, informing us that our old roof might last a few years, but rather than make repairs on a 24-year old roof, we decided to go for a total replacement. Good choice, because it looks great, was on their schedule quickly, and it was accomplished in only a day and a half though the roof is large, complex and very high off the ground. We contacted other companies but found Riley Hayes' price, even using top-quality products including Malarkey shingles, was lower than we expected. The 8-person crew was so hard-working, capable, and efficient. With all the debris from the tear-off of the old roof, I expected some damage to our plants and a lot of roofing nails and scraps left for us to pick up. Nope! The guys were so respectful of our property and were very careful to pick up everything. Jared, Wayne (the project manager) and the crew of 8 were responsive, courteous and helpful in every respect. We highly recommend them.

I can't recommend these guys enough! I have had a string of bad experiences with contractors doing work at my house. There were some qualities Riley Hayes (and Jorge specifically!) have that truly set them apart: 1. Jorge! (He supervised the work and was a great communicator, both with his people AND with me). 2. The company has very straightforward quoting and invoicing. No surprises! 3. The work was top notch. They tackled some unique problems and let me know what needed to be done to make it right. I had problems trying to find someone that would take a look at my siding for a simple repair. I was not in a position to replace my siding at this time. I finally found Riley Hays Roofing. They came out when they said and was able to fix just a portion at a very reasonable price. Also, they don't normally do siding repair, but they did!!

Riley did an outstanding job on replacing the house and shed shingles. The job consisted of removing and installing shingles . Removing the whirlybirds , installing ridge vents ( which are the way to go , much better) and replacing several downspouts. Clean up was outstanding from around house. Riley answered all my questions concerning the insurance process,and repairs to be made to roof. His experience being a claims adjuster before helped. The crew was fast , friendly and respectful of my property. Outstanding job will use Riley Hays again!

I was very impressed with the responsiveness of everyone involved with this process. We needed a new roof installed on a 6,000 square foot flat roofed office building. I called on a Monday morning early, and by 12 noon Anthony Tippin, project Manager, had arrived to start estimate. Received quote by end of day. Work started about 10 days later with delivery of materials. Over three days a crew of six took off old roof, installed plywood decking, followed by rigid foam insulation, roof top ventilators, and white membrane cover. I think Anthony and crew went above and beyond to insure we have a new roof that will keep us in the dry for many, many years. They cleaned up very thoroughly and even patched some places in the asphalt driveway damaged by wheels of dumpsters. We are completely satisfied with the job they did and the fair price they charged. I had an isolated roof leak recently during all the fall and early winter rainfall here in Little Rock. I called Riley Hays Roofing and John Covrig was the project manager who assessed the issue. It was a difficult leak to repair due to the location and access from the inside, but John was able to isolate the problem. He told me upfront about the possible "trial and error" issues surrounding it and he stayed on the problem until it was repaired. Both John and Josh, who supervised the repair crew were professional and answered questions. John always answered his phone and that was truly appreciated as well. After a week heavy rain last week, every roofing companies are crazy busy. I called more than 5 roofing companies, none replied right away except Riley Hays. Initially, it was scheduled on Friday then rescheduled to today after I asked if they could come earlier because we will have another wave of rain on Tuesday and Wednesday. John Covrig and his crews came this afternoon and did good job to repair our roof with fair price.

The quality of the shingles used was excellent for the cost as well. I am quite strict with how neat I keep my property and they respected that and disposed of all old material in a respectable manor. We had a hail damaged roof and some ceiling stains where water had dripped. Riley Hays gave us a fair estimate to replace the roof and repaint ceilings. He patiently helped us with our shingle choice. Providing examples of multiple homes he had completed with different shingle types. Once we decided, his teams went to work. Result: beautifully installed roof in record time and the cleanup was so thorough that you could not tell they'd been here. Same with the painting. Beautiful job and left no trace. Talented and very personable staff. We're very pleased with our choice. Highly recommend.
